So it turns out that when I said that Carlucci cost us
$8,800 for every law he passed last year I was wrong. I didn’t know until someone emailed me that in addition to collecting
a $79,500 salary for part-time work, Carlucci also got another $12,500 as
Chairman of the Administrative Regulations Review Commission (whatever that
is). So the actual bill for his 9 laws was $10,222 per bill. No wonder taxes are so high in Rockland.
