Breaking: Rockland Democrats Get Backbone & Reject Carlucci

The chickens might finally be coming home to roost for Carlucci after the Rockland Democrats refused to support him the other night.

The Executive Committee of the Rockland County Democratic Party believes that the party cannot, in good conscience, support Sen. Carlucci as long as he is allied with the Republicans and refuses to support Sen. Andrea Stewart-Cousins of Westchester to lead the Senate

Kind of mild for a guy that betrayed women, broke his promise to the Democratic Party, and put the Republicans in charge in Albany. But it's a start.
